iOS App Troubleshooting

I can't hear my game's audio
While using the AHL iOS app, the volume of the video is determined by your device setting. If you are unable to hear audio, first ensure your device is not on Silent Mode

Depending on your model of iPhone or iPad, there may be hardware mute switch, located on the left side (facing the device) directly above the volume rocker. To hear the audio in the app, ensure the ring/silent switch is in-line with the volume rocker and is switched on. Newer models of iPad's do not have the hardware mute switch. To ensure the device is not muted, slide your finger from the bottom edge of the display. As you move your finger up, the Control Center appears. Locate the Silent Mode button, which resembles a bell and is red when it's enabled. Once these settings are enabled, the volume for the desired stream will play!
