How to Disable Your Auto-Renewal
If you do not wish for a subscription plan to auto-renew on another billing cycle, visit the Subscribe page and select "Disable Auto-Renew" and select "OK". Once selected, refresh the page and you will see that your auto-renew is in-active. You can re-active your auto-renewal by select "re-active" from the Subscribe page.
NOTE: If you disable your auto-renewal, your subscription will continue for the remainder of the current term and then expire the subscription. The subscription can be reactivated before it expires. If your subscription expires, all clips and favorites associated with your account will be permanently deleted. To maintain historical usage data, HockeyTV does not delete account information. Keep in mind, if you do not use your account it will become inactive. To reactivate your account, you will simply need to log in to it. To re-enable your subscription click the "Enable Auto-Renew" button.
